Sweet and Spicy Cashews
It’s always good to have a quick, tasty appetizer recipe you can make for when friends stop over last-minute or you get hungry in the middle of movie night. My go-to recipe is Sweet and Spicy Cashews. It only takes about five minutes to make them, and they taste amazing.
Sweet and Spicy Cashews
- 1 cup salted cashews
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
Stir all ingredients together in a bowl and spread evenly on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 for about 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Once they’ve toasted, let the nuts cool for several minutes.
